I Took 900 mg Of Caffeine Again At Dialysis To Make Sure My Blood Pressure Would Not Fall

My last few dialysis sessions revealed to me that I was not able to target the post-dialysis weight that I wanted, it was always lacking of about .3 Kg or more so I had thought to offset that difference in post-dialysis treatment weight because I wanted to have more allowance in how much liquid that I wanted to consume plus I wanted the gargling sound whenever I inhale and exhale and that will only be possible if I would be satisfactorily or adequately be removed with extra water from my body.

That is not without a complication or a risk which is the falling blood pressure that I had been experiencing before I employed a technique of taking Caffeine so that my blood pressure could get some way of stabilization. I was taking Caffeine for about two months or so now and I find it quite effective indeed for making me endure dialysis without the nurses fiddling much the dialysis machine, adding fluids to my body, jacking-up the sodium setting, diminishing the amounts of fluids that had to be taken from my body, raising my feet, making me eat when I do not want to anymore, or worse terminating the dialysis treatment prematurely.

That is why I had thought of taking Caffeine because anyway it will be cleaned-out mostly by dialysis process anyway so it would not be that bad if I would take some because for me I have to achieve a better cleaning process with my blood because I can only go for my dialysis twice-weekly which in my opinion is not adequate, it is just I have short of funds to sustain the extra bills that I have to pay now that my dialysis center had adjusted-up the hospital charges everytime I have to visit for my session plus the extra charge for everytime I change dialyizer, that was adjusted-up as well.

A Stable Blood Pressure For Me At Dialysis Means A Better Dialysis Treatment

I also have to be adequately drawn-out with extra water because of my decreased lung capacity which is caused by the squeezing effect of my backbone which made an S-appearance due to its degeneration which again caused by my Hyperparathyrodism.

Now I just anticipated the crashing blood pressure issue so instead of taking about 700 mg of Caffeine from 3 tablets or capsules, I took 1 after leaving our house, another one after being hooked-up and another 2 tablets/capsules immediately before I had my dialysis meal plus the Caffeine from the two sachets of energy drink reconstituted in cold water as my drink.

I felt a little palpitation to my heart after some moments but it gradually tapered-off because of the cleaning action of the dialysis to my system considering that I was using a high flux dialyzer that is really efficient in cleaning-out the blood although I know that there is some residual effects before I go home and at the moment of this writing or maybe until tomorrow since I haven't taken my Gabapentin yet to make me feel more relaxed.

I just needed the reassurance that my blood pressure won't fall because I was trying to offset the big difference in what pot-dialysis weight that I wanted to achieve and indeed I had exactly at the weight that I was expecting which just about half Kilogram lighter than the last time so I was happy about that because I am able to also clear my lungs with that wet lung syndrome that was plaguing me for many months or years, so I never been so satisfied with my dialysis because of Caffeine.
