My Brunchpper For Today Is Pork Leg Stewed In Vinegar
So what is a "Brunchpper"? it is a breakfast, Lunch, and Supper in one. Nowadays I just eat almost once a day, if I would chose to eat more than once it would be just some toasted bread and a thinned-out coffee before and after my main meal.
You would ask me if why i am doing that and the reason is that after I had ate my main meal I would have to take my Parathyroid medicine, in effect that would cause a nausea to me which will not make me to have an urge to eat later in the day. So basically I would lose appetite because "Cinacalcet" is known to cause that lifestyle-disturbing effect with its users like it has affected the way I live my life greatly.
I am also eating later in the afternoon because I wanted to build my appetite so that I can eat more, I am like intermittently fasting because of the space that I create before meals/eating. Also trying to eat more helps me also to fight the nausea that Conacalcet is giving me as the more food that I eat means less nausea even though it just makes me lose my appetite.

Now it just means that eating less food and then taking Cinacalcet will really make me feel nauseous and ill so I just have to force myself to eat as much as I can.
Eating mango with my meal also helps me to finish up my rice serving. Often I would give up on my meal half-way of eating my rice especially if the viand is not what I liked but if there is a ripe mango with my meal it will serve as my another viand because rice with mango is just delicious for me.
Then if another fruit is available I would eat it as well after my meal particularly if my meal lacks some fiber or there are no vegetable to be had for that matter then a piece of apple would have to be served for my additional nutrient and fiber needs even though fruits really are high in phosphorus.
But I cannot afford to lose some more weight because I am just skin and bones which is why I often eat some toast even though it just will give me fewer calories but nonetheless it is better than getting too hungry that I might lose some more weight.
I cannot also do much activity now that I have pain issues so for me eating only fewer meals like having to subject myself into this kind of diet I do think is still okay, less eating less of my body to process things up in my opinion so less burden in my system especially the risk of elevating my phosphorus levels plus it makes me thrifty in consuming my phosphate binder which is really not a cheap kind of medicine.
I just hope that I could be able to eat more today because the viand is just delicious, a stewed pork leg that I think will be tasty and nice for my today's main and almost sole meal for this day. :D
