I ate late today because I was doing a lot of reading and making my mind active as I would get depressed if I would make myself idle with my mental health. So I am a bit thankful that there is this called the #Internet and it just gave me lots of benefits so that I can be able to use it for my advantage to fight my own health issues here and there.

I just planned also to eat once this day because I forced my self to eat this late morning and that is enough to keep me satiated all throughout the day. Will I ever be hungry this evening? The answer really is no because of appetiteloss that I am really enduring for maybe three years now.

Unless my blood sugar becomes low and low enough to give me signs of low blood sugar in my system like trembling, lightheadedness, weakness, visual disturbance, and cold sweats I will eat. I can do without eating and I am not physically active anyway so it is just beneficial for me to skip meals even though I needed to fulfill my daily caloric needs which doesn't happen.

My meal for today by the way is just some mungbean soup with a little tofu and moringa leaves. That viand alone really is so nutritious although I didn't finished the soup because mungbeans is high in phosphorus and I might even elevate my uric acid levels if I would indulge myself in eating it.

That is why I am really paranoid about food, it may look harmless but it will harm me if I would not be careful. That is why I am strictly following my diet of low phosphorus foods or at least trying to avoid foods that are high in Phosphorus or those with phosphate additives as much as I can because high elevations of phosphorus in my body was the main culprit of what happened to my body's bones.

Anyway I also finished my meal with a serving of Yakult so that I can assimilate more nutrients from the moringa leaves and mungbeans. Good bacteria is really good to be taken everyday or at least more frequently especially if you happen to eat vegetables because the good bacteria will help you get more of the nutrients when they die in your guts releasing the nutrients for your intestines to easily absorb.

That is why I felt so nourished when I eat some vegetables and then taking some form of probiotics like Yakult. My diet mainly consists of rice, meat (a little meat), and a fruit a day. If I would be served with vegetables then I would also have those and after a big meal (big meal for me) I am done for the day simply because I had taken Cinacalcet that causes a severe appetiteloss.

My antituberculosis therapy would really mess-up with my gut flora and fauna balance and taking Yakult in particular will help me restore the balance aside from getting the benefits of having many beneficial bacteria in my intestines. There are many ways to source beneficial bacteria like in a form of capsules, fermented food like "Kimchi" and drinks like "Kombucha-based drinks", prepared drinks like Yakult, Yoghurt and similar, etc.
