The Hot Weather Helps Me A Whole Lot For A Better Well-being
This morning I was surprised that I arrived at the dialysis center still very light with my extra water weight. I was only able to take out one and a half kilos of fluids from my system. But actually my calculation was wrong for that matter because I should have told my renal nurses to take-off 1.70 instead of 1.5 Kilos of fluids.
But nonetheless it is still okay since maybe I can sweat it out as well hopefully this coming days. The hot season is still not over because the weather bureau is still not announcing the start of the rainy season.
I am expecting of maybe three weeks or more with this kind of hot weather because it is still in the middle of May. But it seems that it is already transitioning because normally during the Months of June onward it would start to rain.
IO just hate the rainy season because it gets damp, musty, misty, wet, and miserable especially when we are going or preparing for my dialysis. It is because I cannot walk and now that the patients cannot stay inside the waiting area if it would rain hard then we will definitely get wet before we get hooked-up for dialysis.
It will be also a big problem if our car would bog down in the middle of a heavy rain plus maybe if it would just rain heavy all the time not to mention Typhoons that we have to battle through when the rainy season comes it is just a whole set of discomfort and inconvenience for me.
Also if it is raining it will cool down and I will not perspire making me get heavier with extra water faster before my appointed schedule of dialysis. But with a sunny and hot weather I could comfortable consume liquids without having the fear of overdoing it because I will going to sweat it anyway like what is happening from the past few weeks now.
But of course the weather is not in my control and it will soon cycle out against my health's favor but again at least I was able to diminish my body's water weight which had lead me to have a much better well-being with regards to my breathing.
At least now I was the one telling my renal nurses how much water that they have to take-out because with that system I am now in control with the outcome of my dialysis session and it had improved my life overall compared to many years over as a patient my my dialysis center.
