What Day It Is? It's My Dialysis Day!

Nowadays I am not much worried about my dialysis, I do not experience this uncomfortable feeling of having my blood pressure fall down like a meteor, so down enough that it is already hurting my neck and giving me cold sweats, just a telltale sign that my blood pressure is so down although I can still endure it and I must so that I could complete my treatment session.

Now none of it is happening, it is because of... you've guessed it right, Caffeine! I would just take Caffeine capsules, just a two will do plus that from the energy drink that I was also taking, about 500 mg in total, just enough to support my blood pressure.

One more factor is that I am not eating anymore at dialysis and it is said that patient's blood pressure would fall because of eating while hooked-up. I have proven it to myself that it is true after I wasn't able to buy my favorite dialysis meal which I really would eat very much until I am full to the brim and then it would still happen that my BP in effect will fall down sometimes immediately after eating.

So failing to eat just made my blood pressure stable, I just have to make sure that my blood sugar won't fall because i also had experienced from the other hospital where I got dialyzed a couple of times where the renal nurse would take my blood sugar reading every after hour while I am hooked-up that my blood sugar would fall down considering that they are just using an ordinary dialyzer at that time.

So since I am using a more efficient larger pores dialyzer I must make it a point that my blood sugar won't fall at dialysis otherwise it will really make my BP to fall down and I would risk myself from having my dialysis treatment to terminate prematurely.

So that is the story about my dialysis sessions now, at least I had found a way to make me comfortable during my dialysis sessions while I have to compromise eating my favorite dialysis meal just for me to successfully complete it because it is just so important to me so that I can achieve a better clean for my blood and result in a better well-being.
