Arizona Accepting Bitcoin and Regulating ICOs

The Senate Finance Committee has already passed bills advancing in the Senate Legislature legalizing bitcoin option for tax purposes.

Also, a draft law regulating ICOs has already been scheduled on June 2 for its first reading.
Thus, Arizona may become the first state of the U. S. to legalized bitcoin and cryptocurrencies for tax payments.

Jeff Weninger told fox news, spreading the word to everyone in the United States and throughout the world, that Arizona is going to be the place for blockchain and digital technology in the future.

Jack Biltis, Phoenix businessman and payroll company owner, was convinced that cryptocurrencies will possibly replace the inefficient credit cards and banking systems because of its cheap and instantaneous money transfer.

Armenian Law to Legalize Crypto Mining

Armenia will shortly be the next to legalizes and regulates cryptocurrency mining giving miners tax exemptions and other incentives in the newly proposed legislation.

Cryptocurrency transactions be indirectly legalize business operated mining facilities if the draft law is adopted.

Edmon Marukyan, parliamentary minority member, is the person behind the initiative to legalize cryptocurrency mining pushing his Law “On Digital Technologies”.

The Armenian government was uncertain about crypto legalization because of the warning of the Central Bank against virtual currencies a few years ago.

Also, Armenian authorities are wary realizing that current control mechanisms are not enough according to experts quoted by Eurasia Daily.
