TOPIC: GOD IS STILL WORKING
MEMORY VERSE:
Philippians 1:6
Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ
This is a precious promise from God. It encourages us that God has started a good work in us and He will surely complete it. Paul wrote this letter to the church at Philippi to help them in their Christian walk.
Often we start projects and things and we are unable to finish it. However, God is not like that with anything and especially not when it comes to His dealings with His children.
As we battle with sin, temptation and the determination to be more like Christ, let’s keep in mind that God began a good work in us when we received Christ. Hence, He is still working and will complete everything He has started in us.
PRAYER: Thank You Father for being at work in my life. Amen
INSIGHT: God hasn’t given up on you yet so don’t give up.
