Today, the owner and our manager treated us with a lunch buffet cuisine because of the good performance of the whole team and to welcome back our field supervisor who just got home from a deal from another country. It is also a great way for them to encourage us to work hard and to increase our incentives as a reward.

They say that sharing meals with your friends and coworkers boosts relationships. It become a sacred activity where lunch become a small meeting where you can talk and share ideas with everyone.
