Welcome to my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - South American Saturday.
Today, you can participate by submitting your personal pictures from your travels to the continent of South America.

The spectacular Chimborazo volcano located northwest of Riobamba Ecuador, known worldwide for being the closest point to the Sun measured from the center of the Earth, snows frequently and the landscape is beautiful, it is painted white and next to the different wild animals and domestic, it creates a delight for the eyes and for photography lovers.
Your entries need to be submitted by 8 A.M. Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words.
Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge.
Best 10 entries will receive a 10% upvote and other valid entries will get a 5% upvote from me. Out of those best 10 entries, one winner and one runner-up will be picked. Their entries will be shared on Appics in separate posts and they will receive my upvotes on their posts as the reward. The winner will get my 100% upvote and the runner-up will get my 50% upvote on Steemit and on Appics too if their posts were posted through Appics.

Entrance to the Museum of Gold in Bogota, Colombia. in Bogotá, Colombia. The museum is one of the most visited touristic highlights in the country with around 500,000 tourists per year. The museum displays a selection of pre-Columbian gold and other metal alloys, such as Tumbaga, and contains the largest collection of gold artifacts in the world in its exhibition rooms on the second and third floors.
El Altar Volcano, Ecuador
Hiking up El Altar volcano in Ecuador was one of the most challenging and at the same time most beautiful hikes I have done in South America. Banos region boasts with a number of active and dormant volcanoes, but El Altar is considered extinct.

Mochima National Park, which is located between the Sucre and Anzoátegui states in eastern Venezuela. It was decreed as a national park in 1973. It extends along the sea coast of the country between the cities Puerto la Cruz and Cumaná, where you can enjoy beautiful beaches with dolphins and a variety of whales, wonderful landscapes, constituted by a group of islands, lush mountains of leafy vegetation.
Wonderful colors offered by this beautiful sunset in the Morro-Lechería. Venezuela. I really enjoy the Golden Hour, it is fantastic to see this variety of deep and at the same time very subtle colors that combine perfectly in nature, also connects me with inspiration, creativity and with the very essence of the Universe, of the Creator.
Iguazú or Iguaçu Falls are the world largest waterfalls. They are on the border of the Argentina and Brazil. Most of the river they originate from is in Brazil, but most of the falls are in Argentina. I had the chance to see the Argentinian side of the falls. The power is amazing, you can see only little of it here.
Playa Mansa is my favorite place to visit when I want to meditate, when I need to think, because it always gives me beautiful sunsets that lift my mood, and rejoice my heart and comfort my soul. Gold is a beautiful color and to delight my view I just have to visit this beach located in the town of Lecherias, Anzoátegui state, Venezuela.
