Hi @Czechglobalhosts, this is one of the most beautiful mechanics that the sea has invented. Also very loyal diving companions around Cocos Keelings Islands. This one is a grey shark.

@worldcapture Asian Sunday entry:

Hongkong 2015. Today I share with you a picture which I took a few years ago on my travel in Hongkong. Still to this day I haven't seen anything similar to this concrete jungle. It's crazy how many buildings growing out of the ground in this narrow area.

Crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea in the Punta Esmeralda Bay, a remote bay in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Located right in the middle of the famous Mayan Riviera, Playa del Carmen is one of the most popular tourist destinations on Yucatan as well as in all Mexico.

Isla Saona is a 42 sq-kilometer Caribbean oasis off the southern coast of the Dominican Republic.
It is a government protected nature reserve and a part of the Parque Nacional Cotubanamá, so no buildings are allowed there.
The Island is known for its beautiful beaches, and has been used on a number of occasions by film-makers and advertisers, made famous in scenes from Hollywood movie "Pirates of the Caribbean" and Bounty chocolate bar advert.

Today I'm sharing a photo right from yesterday in Sardinia of Italy. It was close to Alghero at the island's northwestern coast. I was used to the clear tranquil water of the Mediterranean Sea, so this turbulent scene was quite unexpected. The dark clouds were hanging low, and the strong waves crushed on shores in the heavy wind.

This photo was taken during the sunset at the northern Chilean city of Antofagasta. Which is one of the main port of the copper exports of the country. You can see how the ships wait their turn to enter in the port. The sunsets at this city usually are nice.

Hello @czechglobalhosts, let's try this week with a kind of photo not easy to get. Because the photo is shot in two differents background, air and sea, the focus is not natural... This is located at Sardena. Really nice island.

Lizard Point is the most southerly point in Great Britain. Its rough black rock cliff face, called the serpentine stone faces the Atlantic and it is fascinating watching the rough waves battling against the cliff face. The tip is of course, not to stand too close to the sea especially if like me, you can't swim.

Calmness before the storm

Quite a long exposure shot at the coast of Baltic Sea nearby Klaipeda, Lithuania. Nice contrast of visually calm water and pretty dramatic skies. Not bad colorful foreground as well also acting as a leading line. And a touch of red sunset on the horizon as additional point of interest

Enjoy it!

Lake Titicaca is the largest lake in South America and is located on the border of Bolivia and Peru. It is also called the "highest navigable lake" in the world since it is at an elevation of 3,812 m (12,507 ft). Different type of boat can be observed, mostly touristic and delivery boats.
