My arms of thunder,
arms embracing mountains.
bosom of quartz
League-depths into black ocean:
your snake breasts,
your medusa armpits,
teeth of ceramic.
Time unwound the beginning of
its spool.
a new page,
blank page.
twisted keyhole,
lock beyond time's death.
death before life's birth,
In the beginning when time unwound.
Fate in my body:
Womb of shadows.
Destiny born of a cold memory,
Womb of light.
My country of spirit
Bathing in the plasma of my third eye.
Twinkling of the eye,
Telling the epic saga.
Reciting without embellishment
The universe melting,
The giggling microcosm
Year after
year, Story
after story
Silence flashing the abyss.
Ride my certitude,
electrify my banshee lips!
Imbue my coals—
—ember-sprung glances—
of forever in the grasp
of lightning, lava,
of earthquake & stone.

My brain again is clogged. My daughter and her boyfriend gave me a very bad bronchitis so I've been sleeping longer. Somehow I see lightening as the forked symbol of you poem but not sure what it means. Is it that your reach is greater because of the spreading of energy? Sorry, just can't seem to focus. Hope you are doing well. Take car d-pend!
Oh no! Hope you get better soon my friend! Sleeping extra is good for sure. I had the opposite last night and did not sleep a wink :/ Thanks for commenting even though you don't feel good! Sometimes we don't have any profound insights and that is fine. Many times I don't have a hard and fast concept of the meaning of a piece, I just try to express the words that are wanting to come out. So your guess is as good as mine. Feel better @cabbagepatch!

The soul is eternal and an integral part of God. Your poetry and pictures speak of life and death. These are the two most important questions for each of us. If your eyes see what the soul feels, then we have achieved perfection. And what you do is art from multiple angles.

I love these lines ... trying to think hard on them , to figure them out, not to give them false intrepretation !
But basically I see no escape from what life throws at you !!.. great lyrics ... you know how to get me thinking for sure !!!
Thank you @aineyann! As far I'm concerned, there's no "wrong" interpretation. My goal is to build a world or atmosphere for the reader to explore. I still feel amateur at it but I am practicing every day and when I get feedback like you just gave me,it helps me stay motivated. I really appreciate it!! 😀
It certaintly does that you have a unique way that makes me curious to see what each new one has in store . I love the dedication too!
