Dog Walks & Clinic - My Actifit Report Card: April 2 2019
Back to another slow day for me, ended up going into the clinic for stronger prescriptions. This chest thing is just not leaving me be this time around and they have now ordered another set of tests, 4-8 week wait on those though. Had they got me in their in the first place it all could be over an done with by now!
Today started with a 15 min dog walk, Jerry was not interested in going far this morning. We made it to the park and that was it!
Headed to work but quickly decided to goto the clinic where I waited around for most of the day 🤦♂️ yay the Canadian medical system. I was just not able to get a full breathe in.
After that I relaxed as per doctors orders and waited for my new steroids to kick in, feel like a million bucks now!
Evening dog walk was short again maybe 20 mins heading the opposite way to the school. Jerry just wanted to come back to the house and cuddle it seems!
Now it’s bedtime, I hope after taking that pill mid day I can get to sleep tonight. Not feeling tired in the slightest 😅

I didn't get much sleep last night, either. Not due to medication, it was down to the stupidity of the UK government and the uncertainty over whether I'll still be able to live in France after next week!

Brexit.
I'm a British citizen so when UK leaves EU, I lose my EU citizenship. I will have to apply for residency. I think we'll be OK, but uncertainty has been order of the day for 3 years!

I am so out of the loop with everything that’s going on over there, slightly intentional I suppose.
Couldn’t even imagine living in a state of chaos like that it just completely blows my mind what’s going on in the world that isn’t really being talked about as much as it should be!
