Following are four proposals that passed through the Earth Nation Decentralized Autonomous Alliance.

"Payment System for Coordinators

There are quite a few things that need to be done to maintain our DAO.

I recommend we pay our coordinators at the following rates.

1 key per every person emailed/texted/called (at least 3 times over the course of 1-3 months). 20 keys per greeting call/video session. 1 key per every 3 people added to chatroom. 1 key per every person payed out for promotional campaign."

"Budget for AI/software development

I propose that we fully automate every administrative task.

I am requesting access to up to 2000 dollars and 10000 keys for the purpose of buying software subscriptions and paying freelancers to develop our software intelligence applications to replace almost all administrative tasks."

"350 dollars funding for promotional materials

I propose we purchase 2000 business cards and 2000 flyers to distribute to our members to hand out. Using the materials attached."

"I propose we use #dakotakaisermemes for overt abuse of FB emoticon and off topic posts!!!
