Promotional Campaign Reward System Round #2 and Proposal for Administrative Fund for Interviewing Consultants/Freelancers. EN DAO Proposals 7/11/2017

Following are two proposals that passed through the Earth Nation Decentralized Autonomous Alliance.

"Promotional Campaign Reward System Round #2

Our previously agreed upon guidelines for the distribution of the first 11M keys allot 300k to promotion.

I suggest the following

1. We offer up to 1000 people 200 keys for posting once a week(until the end of this year) our materials, tagging 50 or more people and sharing onto 40 or more places.

2. We issue tracking link codes to those that want them. The top 10 promoters with the most clicks receive 1000 keys. The top 100 receive 500.

3. We award 3-17 keys to up to 10000 people for posting once. We award between 18-200 keys for those that are semi-active in promoting but not for the full year. We award based on how many weeks they participated/how many clicks they obtained.

Anyone actively participating in the promotional campaign is considered to be "holding 100 keys" for the purpose of being a vote-holder."

"Proposal for Administrative fund for interviewing consultants/freelancers

I propose that we allocate 100k keys for the purpose of paying for up to 5 interviews per consultant/freelancer from voteholding administrators.

Each admin being paid 25 keys per interview to evaluate and review the consultant/freelancers ability to perform.

The focus point of the evaluations being to see whether each consultant/freelancer qualifies to be listed as 'casual" "professional" or "avatar"."

These proposals were proposed by Dakota Kaiser and passed on 7/11/2017.
