The life of a believer or a child of God should be relaxed and filled with faith and joy. Give infinite thanks to the Lord for all the blessings he gives us every day.
The Lord tells us in his word that we should thank him for everything not only for life, home, family, work, studies, nature, for the bread of the day and for all the people around us.

The Lord tells us to thank him for all this, even how bad it is to say the adversities or problems that we can go through as well as the illnesses.

We must educate our soul to offer praise to our God at all times, we must not forget any of its benefits, we must always keep in mind that everything we can be, achieve, do or have comes from God.
No matter how bad we feel, we must be grateful to God and praise him even if our own soul opposes him, we must remind him of all the benefits he has received from God.

The Lord will always give us the best because he is good and his love knows no limits, he is our Shepherd and promises that we will lack nothing, so if our soul refuses at some point, praise him and appreciate all the favors and benefits received. Tell how David made my soul because you are humbled and troubled within me, praise the Lord. Because I still have to praise him.
Everything we have comes from God, let us not forget it and let us be grateful praising his name at all times, even in the most difficult moments.
