Getting myself charged for the whole year from the beautiful sea, warm white sand and stunning palm trees 🌴

Looking at the Ocean the first thing that comes to my mind is how powerful it is. It's interesting that oceans cover 70 percent of the planet and yet I somehow still don't have a house next to it hahaha

But seriously, did you know that 94% of life on Earth is aquatic? It's quite incredible, it makes us humans a minor society that lives around all the millions of species of fish and other creatures that we have no idea even exist down there and maybe will never know of.

Water makes me very happy and calm, apparently it makes my mom a different person too.She doesn't know how to swim, she doesn't really like water and a bit afraid of it,but when she went into the ocean I couldn't pull her out of it for 3 hours!

I kept taking pictures of her then my phone died and she was still in there hahaha she loved how waves were hitting her gently and that the water was so salty and warm. I was keeping my eye on her making sure she was okay, she was saying I'm coming out soon, 30 more minutes, a little more and then a little more hehehe so cute

This is her, zoom in and you will see my mom's face inside the wave😂😂😂

Ocean is huge, enourmous and we know so little about it.Earth's oceans are home to 230,000 known species. Nobody knows exactly how many more different species live there as only 5% of the oceans considered explored.Only 5%?!!

Did you know that jellyfish have been around for 650 million years, which actually means that they outdate dinosaurs and sharks.

Dolphins sleep with half of their brain and one eye open so they can watch predators and also treats. (Very useful skill, I wish humans could do that as well)

An octopus has three hearts 💙💙💙 and the color of its blood is blue!

Now this one is pretty cool: Oysters can change from one gender to another and back again depending on which is best for mating.

This fact I learned from good old Ross (from Friends series) : Seahorses are the only animals in which the male gives birth and care for their young. (I actually don't understand why humans don't have the same thing going,it's quite logical that they should give birth, they are stronger physically)

This fact made me feel a bit uncomfortable : Shrimp's heart is in their head...don't really want to eat anymore shrimps now😬

What about you guys?Do you know other cool facts about oceans?

Thank you for reading!Ocean is quite mysterious))

Nice post
I like the way you describe and come so clear to me,
Sometimes We need to travel and see around us if there is something different from our hometown for our knowledge and to relax our mind in order to come with fresh and full of Spirit to begin the day with.

Traveling is very good for people,it helps you see things through different perspectives, it inspires and teaches lots and lots of amazing things we would never be able to learn living even a hundred years in our hometowns

Mmm nice thought by the way.
