FYI: Big Tummy Big Problem; Experts Say It Might Be
Tummy tummy what a big tummy. This is what my daughter told me after she knew about tummies. She (her parents) sometimes tease us that we all have tummy and she had too. With few cardio workout and more stagnant lifestyle plus heavy eaters (we're not fat) by I weigh 83 kilos in which my suggested weight is around 65-70 kilos and having tummy isn't funny.
Recent study warned all people who are abnormal abdominal fat are in great risk or close to type 2 diabetes and coronary heart diseases. Genetically abnormal body mass ratio increases the risk of developing these illness. Researchers deemed noted that abdominal fat is correlate with type 2 diabetes and chronic heart disease however, these factors haven't been unclear relationship.
There are more beneath that belly

An active person uses fats as fuel while a dormant one accumulate and later on it solidify fats in the portion of the body that holds fats... that is our belly. Moreover, expert Connor Emdin, of Massachusetts General Hospital said that the studies are in need of thorough test and research. Abdominal adiposity or obesity has negative impact to our health. In the context, overweight is connected to this problem and the body suffers more than what is outside appearance.
Dr. Mehmet Oz mentioned that it is dangerous to have big belly. Belly fat is worst than other fats found in our body. As so many people today have much fat in their belly, health issue becomes "epidemic."
Conclusion - Fitness and balance lifestyle are in medical mandate here. As we grow old, it is too hard to gain back our youngster years. Fats easily accumulate on non-active person thus active persons sometimes need more fat intake to fuels energy.
