In your opinion, what is the lack of use of worksheets learners in the learning process

It is quite difficult to handle a classroom without preparation. The lesson plan is actually preparation process guiding the teachers expression to teaching the pupils. A lesson plan missing distracts the teachers activities , he or she easily digresses. The planning lesson can cause several issues in the learning process.

Awkwardness:
Without lesson plan the teacher in rare cases runs out of ideas, Yes! It happens causing an unusual awkwardness and stuttering in extreme cases. A lesson plan would keep teacher in check! He remembers everything by just a glance.

Poor Time Management:
Without a good lesson plan, teachers easily digress, this wasting a whole lot of time and causing risk of distraction from main subject matter and emphatically risking poor time management.

Cohesive Repetition:
Teachers tend to over emphasize on concepts when they run out of ideas which sounds clueless to an extents students loose interest almost immediately. Importantly cohesive repetition is a function of lack of lesson plan for a smooth running of each and every class.

Is the teacher's handbook as well as students' sufficient as guide and learning guidelines

Teacher's handbook are not sufficient as learning guide. The teacher must have in depth knowledge of the lesson, creativity must come to play. Citing good examples for students to relate to. Good verbal and communication skills should be upheld. Gesturing incorporates ideas into the students faster. You cannot always be reading from a hand book, you must learn how to demonstrate effectively. Importantly, handbook restricts expressions, it locks the teachers out in the box, it is Important to study the handbook before the classes and flow with the lesson as it unravels.

At the time of making this prestigious post I had no lesson book at my disposal, or handbook of some sort, but indeed put in efforts to make out creative posts on the subject matter.
