THREE IMPORTANT ASPECTS FOR THE BATTLE

In this order of ideas, my reflection is based on three aspects of great relevance to the battle; they are: the conquest, the faith and the firmness.

In the bible we find various battles, some were fought with weapons necessary for the fight, others were given in a miraculous way to demonstrate the glory of God.

One of them is the battle that Gideon had to lead with the Midianites, where more than a battle it was a great action of faith and firmness to glorify the greatness of God.
THE Bible tells us in chapter 7 of judges the following:

Judges 7
16 Gideon divided the three hundred men into three companies and distributed among them all trumpets and empty pitchers, with torches inside the pitchers. 17 "Look at me," he told them. Follow my example. When you get to the outskirts of the camp, do exactly what you see me do. 18 When I and all who are with me blow our trumpets, you also blow yours around the camp, and say, 'For the Lord and for Gideon.'

Gideon liberated the people of Israel with only three hundred men who faced a large army of the Midianites armed with just blowing trumpets and jugs where evidently the glory of God was manifested in a miraculous way; In other words, he conquered through the power of God and remember that the conquest is known as the action and effect of conquering, that is, winning a certain territory or position through a warlike operation. In this case God allowed the enemies of the people of Israel to become confused and kill each other.

As God's people we are called to conquer in any scenario and reality that we are living, in addition to conquering souls for God we also have to battle with any problem or situation or internal struggle that we are going through and conquer our battles because God is willing to give us victory. in any circumstance

In the same way, faith is essential in the conquest for victory since without faith it is impossible to please God and the bible tells us that by faith the walls of Jericho fell and God worked a miracle when Joshua told the Israelists to give "glory to God "around the walls because they could not enter Jericho because the walls covered the city and they could not enter or leave.

Likewise, firmness is essential in the Christian because the conviction of our ideas makes us stand firm in what we believe.

"Firmness is a value, a quality of a person's character, which not everyone possesses, and which is attributed especially to that person who acts without hesitation or doubts, knows what he wants, and how he wants to achieve it. The person with firmness does not know He lets anyone or anything bend over him, nor is he an influenceable person.
