Bitcoin is closing in on its first positive(Green) month in 6 months...Could this be the end of the bear market????
Bitcoin is closing in on its first positive month in six months.

Its been a brutal last year and even more heart wrenching six months as cryptocurrency enthusiast saw their portfolio plummet month after month. But there as signs of relief as February looks like the month of green (positive). Bitcoin carries the entire cryptocurrency market, these positive trend development has translated into other cryptocurrencies seeing positive returns.
Cryptocurrency enthusiast hope that this positive trend continues as it would stir the market higher. Development within the cryptocurrency ecosystem has been steady but the negative prices has resulted in difficulties for many projects, thus, impacting their overall development goals. Many projects had to make drastic cutbacks and developers have been grinding for months, so this positive month means a lot to overall health of the ecosystem. No one has been spared from these negative price returns, from miners, traders to even marketers have made changes, from spending to lifestyle habits. Efficiency has been the go to word for many but on a positive note, I believe this period would benefit the ecosystem in the long-term.
Bitcoin would set the tone for the next couple weeks and many would keep their eyes on this month close. Could this be the end of negative returns and the beginning of something special, only time would tell but one thing for sure we are all happy to see our portfolio turning green again and some of our favorite coins pumping hard again.
I can't remember what island you live on. Did your island ever become crypto friendly?
Yea its definitely crypto friendly
The Dutch islands are quite open. Once the US gives more clarity then the banks here would readily do business with crypto business, the only problem for most of them is losing corresponding banking from the US (derisking) if a business does commerce with a crypto company.
Quite a few of these islands are crypto friendly especially those within Caricom, you can actually purchase a passport or get Citizenship through Bitcoin. It used to be US dollars dominating things but I notice a change with several governments requesting more business be done in Euro, Yuan and Bitcoin.
Am I correct that the Dutch islands are still US regulated? What I’m after is a country to launch a crypto that has nothing to do with the US. Your thoughts?
I understand, the reality while these islands are all independent countries, the USA can bully them by threatening them with "derisking". The Dutch islands are firmly under the control of Netherlands and their banks likewise but the ones really calling the shots are the USA. Anything that these islands do with regard to financial aspect they must get approval from the USA or they can feel the full weight of the USA government. For example, Jamaica has fully legalized marijuana and is trying to developed the industry there but the USA is playing a hide and seek game with them, this is how it works, any bank in Jamaica doing business with any company associated with the marijuana industry on the island cannot do business with any US bank. So they are left with a situation where farmers and companies cannot cash checks and no investment can be made because banks are afraid to engage in business dealing with that. Its the same thing with cryptocurrencies, all these islands embrace it but if anything goes above 10K USA limit they have set, you automatically put on a list at the mercy of the US government.
I know its sad, but that how things work in this part of the world, in terms of islands if you are looking to business that isn't so much dependent on USA harrassment, your best bet would be Antigua and Barbuda and Bermuda, from what I have seen, they seem to stand by investors irregardless of the demands of US government. Bermuda is well respected financial center and it has shown its capable of standing on its own but its again at the mercy of UK government.
Addition: The Bahamas also very friendly along with Cayman islands but from what I have seen, they are hand in hand with the USA. Things should change with time, I think the USA days of influence and dominance in the Caribbean are numbered.
How are you friend?
one thing is for sure...the trust is partially back, or at least the general sentiment turned positive and that will start to lead to more stuff. FO SHO!
Its a sentiment thing with all these crypto, the green certainly helps....
Hopefully you we see some upside, I see you turning yourself into a Whale here lol
hehehehehe work in process my friend...work in process
