A moon with no clouds, yet as I write it is raining. It is all good. I like the rain as in California we used to have a lot of drought. So it is always nice to see the rain.

I don't think the the water company likes it as when the rains come I hardly use that much water. I also like to save rainwater that runs off the roof.

Right now I have about 3 metal 55 gallon barrels of rain water. I will use that rainwater to water the garden when it needs it. Plus it is always good to conserve water.

I like to hold 4 barrels of water in my garage. These 55 gallon metal barrels have water from the garden hose. I will use that water in an emergency.

Yesterday night I went to Winco store in my city and it seemed like a mad house. Yesterday President Trump just announced national emergency cause of the Coronavirus. I guess that pulled the trigger on people hurrying up and buying supplies.

I have been stocking up here and there is why I didn't even buy anything in that store as the lines reached the far end of the big store and I thought it would take at least 2 hours to get checked out of that line.

So I didn't get anything and a lot of people did the same. I seen a man with two 5 gallon bottles that he was going to refill with filtered water, but the line was too long and I guess he will find another place to fill up on filtered water.

I wrote other blogs on having a gravity water filter. This man could just invest in a good gravity water filter and he wouldn't have to worry about buying filtered water, but just filtering the water on his own.

I think it would be a good idea for everyone to have a gravity water filter.

So we are having a disturbance from the normal. People are buying food and toilet paper. What can one do if there is no toilet paper? Well, if I have to I would use unwanted paper, newspaper, junk mail or whatever. You won't be able to throw it in the toilet, but you can throw it in a metal bucket and burn it later. Well, that can be a plan b.

Food can be stored for years in cans. I'll keep food in cans. One good thing about food in cans is that you can eat the food right out of the can and you don't even have to cook the food that are in the cans. I have been buying canned foods for years and just storing for such a time as this.

So canned food can be a good way to store food. Now if you are going to store canned food, do you have a good can opener that is not electric? I bought some military can openers on Amazon years ago. Those military can openers work really well, if you don't have any, buy some on Amazon, yes buy more than one.

For prevention I am keeping a store of baking soda or also called, sodium bicarbonate. There were people that would take water and baking soda to help the body survive the deadly flu of 1918-1919 where more than 20 million people died from it worldwide.

Well, if it can help people from the deadly 1918-1919 flu, then I want that in my stores also. Do a study on the 1918-1919 flu and how people survived it using a mixture of water and baking soda.

Well, I am just going over things that I have written before, but maybe it would be good to go over it again. Stay safe out there, stay calm and seek the LORD.

Let's end with a scripture, Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Isaiah 55:6.
