Lose weight and look good day 031

General stuff




Yesterday had a pretty good sleep, and this morning woke up with very beautiful bright moon. It's so near as if the tree is going to poke the cheese. You see, waking up from sleep is like an art, one need to have passion to wake up. I speak from my 40 years experience, anytime if I sleep in, put the alarm clock to snooze, I will do it over and over again, until last minute if I go any later than that I would have been late for work(and oftenly a small traffic incident would delay me another half an hour). So yes, I have no excuse to practice snoozing. It's not like if I sleep in another 15 minutes would make any difference. However, if not sleeping in, and straight away get up would have been so much better. Today's workout is considerably milk, 50 crunches, 50 left kneel leg raise, 50 right kneel leg raise, and 50 assisted lunges. Manage to break some sweat, but somewhat easy. I'm going to enjoy this while it last.

Innocent but guilty breakfast




Arrived at the office compound earlier than usual, so I hide inside the car and chat with friends at WeChat. Once again, friends can be of encouragement, but at times they can be bad influence. This is a particularly well known Canto noodle dish. Fried snapper fish head to be dip in milk soup, added with fermented vegetable, tomato and chili. I'm telling you, despite it looks innocent, the calories count on this bowl could easily exceed your half day diet program, like 1000kcal. A friend shared this, and my car parked right next to the hawker who sell this, and this is what happened.

Lunch




Lunch was rather simple. This is the shop that I usually go for Hakkah noodle, but I will specially order a bowl of vegetable soup with egg and pork. I don't think the calories count is too great on this due to minimal carbohydrates, but the vege and pork itself definitely have some calories already.

Splurge tea break




You see, when one have super heavy breakfast, and try to do small lunch, this is what happened. I felt sleepy and my body tend to shut down. I desperately need a small boost, and looking at the nearest less heat place to hang out, this is it. Dark Mocha, but no whipped cream. I know it's not like going to help much, but atleast without the cream can reduce one more extra damage.

Salty dinner




This was not meant for me originally. It was for the kids, but they weren't able to finish it. So I had an opportunity to whack half an egg and some pork for my dinner. Usually we take these together to go down with rice, so it has to be slightly saltier to blend well with the rice. Since I'm taking this without rice, it does taste much stronger and saltier.

 


This is not a competition with @erikahfit but we respect each other and we give mutual support to each other so we will be on track and keep ourselves motivated. I want my sexy beach body, and she wanted a healthier body. I will recycle this portion of footer to keep reminding us we're on a mission.
