Steem Cameroon Best Day contest 12-03-2025

I have this long dream of going to the ibeno beach for tourism and work. Most cases I cancel the trip due to some personal and business reasons, some days ago one of my clients told me about his shoot in that very location. I was abit curious at first and so after the pay including the transportation expenses, He assured me that everything will be covered properly.

On that very day being yesterday, I woke up abit early because we set out plans on going there early. My phone was abit low so I had to pay to power up, No light issue in my area as really been on my neck for months now. I can't even charge at home or use electronic appliances anymore. Reaching to my phone after preparing, I noticed he called to know if am done preparing. I returned the call and he was almost done too, "plan changed" he said. I will be coming with my sister too hope you're ready for the shoot. No problem I replied.

I moved to the ibom public plaza to wait for them there, it was abit far for me though. I reached there throwing them calls and text just to move early. They got there after some minutes, we reached out to the driver at the park and his charge was a bit huge being two thousand per head. We waited for other passengers to complete up before moving, we moved after some minutes of waiting there at the park.

It was abit comfortable for me because the vehicle was a bit large and comfy for passengers. We had much fun inside viewing environments and instances on the road, I didn't do without my earphones. Music really plays a major role in my life as at now, we passed nsit ibom local government area after a long drive of about 20mins.
The driver is too good giving us a good drive with much vibes. Police do their job of checking vehicles and every persons to point out illegal immigrants and jobs. We reached eket park successfully after a long drive, I couldn't move my legs well even after saying the vehicle was comfortable. It was a long drive for me though.

Bike drivers rushed us to like plantain sellers, this journey looks so far to me.. another drive? Saying those to myself. We boarded another taxi to the mini park before paying direct to the shore. I was already tired and hungry, we finally reached the gate but it was something else.
At the gate, they demanded for a fee before entering the premises being #500 per head. That's a way too much for us at the moment, I talked to one of them and he got #1500 for everyone of us. We walked in so happy after a long stress to the ibeno beach.

I brought out for my phone to capture as many pictures I can at the moment. I was really happy to be Infront of this great water, DavidmarkGeorge you're here for the very first time saying that countless times. I wanted to be creative at the moment so I got sun shade from one of my clients and gave it a huge try. The second slide is what I created with the sun shade.
While waiting for the birthday boy to change up, I took several pictures of the environment. The environment is so busy and beautiful, all I can say is that nature is beautiful.

I captured a beautiful scene of a bike moving pass the water area, I imagined a really great picture before taking this very shot. The picture really came out so beautiful, my client was ready to take few JPEGs.

We had beautiful memorable moments over there, the fun, the food, the long journey was really cool and nice. I stayed up there at the water area taking few shots of myself, running towards the water and having more water fun.

We finished up with the pictures and rounded up for a move, it was really one of the greatest day in my life. A dream come true, I still have plans going there so other day.
