Contest: Sports And Health

Greetings friends.

How are you all doing, I pray and hope that you all are doing very well in all aspects of your life.Today I will be participating in a contest organized by our follow member @abdullahw2 in this wonderful community and I promise to do my best in puting down all that is in me into the contest.

Do you like playing sports? If yes then, Which sport do you enjoy the most, and why?

Sports is one thing that can never stop doing because it has a lot of benefits on my health both physical and mental.

One of the sport I like most is playing football (soccer) because that is what most of the boy like doing either playing it physical or on their mobile phones. I like playing soccer because it is a form of exercise for the body to hydrates and release death cells on the body through perspiration.

How has playing sports improved your physical and mental health

Playing of sports has a lot of things to be done both physical and mental aspects of human health. So for the past year playing of sports has a lot of improvement on my life both on the physical and mental aspects of me.

So through participation of of sports I have been able to increased Strength through the training process which is doing during the sports playing, manage my weight, improved my mood and relief my stress too. So participating on sports play a lot of role in my healthy lifestyle.

How staying away from sports can affect a person's mental and physical health?

Yes, staying from exercise can be very harmful for the body. So avoiding sports and other physical activity have some negative effects on both physical and mental health.

Some of those challenges that may come up during that time include loss of bone, weakness of muscles, lack of body balance, gain of excess weight and others. So it is very adviceble for every body should try at least participate in one sports for a time to keep fet.

Do you believe everyone should include some form of sports in their routine? Why or why not?

Yes, I believe that it will be nice if everyone can include some form of sports or physical activity in their routine. Having at least participating in one sports can help individual to fight against some kind of disease like obesity, chronic disease such as heart disease and others. Also participating in sports help individual to enhance their fitness, manage their weight and also improve their mood too.

We all know that it not everyone that may see sports important to them but I will like to say that the is a lot of benefits for you engaging in some form of physical activity or participating in sports. So I will like to advice you here that whether it is a team sports, individual activities, or recreational exercise try to bring in some sports that will make you stay fit into you daily routine.
