The Mexico Trade Deal – NAFTA Has Been Trumped!
In 2016, during a campaign rally in PA, Candidate Donald Trump said “A Trump administration will end that (Mexican trade) war, by getting a fair deal for the American People and the American Worker. The era of economic surrender will finally be over.”
The pundits said he could never get Mexico to come to the table.
The Lame stream media said he was being undiplomatic and angering Mexico with his rhetoric, and that his sanctions and it would only hurt the US.
Yet in spite of all the nay-sayers, President Trump just delivered on one of his biggest campaign promises, by announcing a new trade deal between Mexico and the United States.
The president described this as "one of the largest trade deals ever made".
National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow said the new United States-Mexico Trade Agreement protects the American worker while promoting economic growth.
Trump also said “we’ll see” if Canada can still be part of the trade pact, now Canada is crying because they were left out- as a result of Trudeau's history of "triangulating" deals to kill them.
