IS THERE LIFE AFTER DEATH

I have got a quick question, is there life after death or do we all just re-evolve as new beings. I have heard of stories where someone dies and they are re-incarnated somewhere else where they begin to live new lives.

I once was listening to a local radio program and this lady calls in on the live show to narrate her ordeal with serious tears to go with.

According to her, she had been married to her husband for 10 years now and they have 2 kids already. She said he never really liked to talk about his family and eveytime he tried to bring it up he would either change the topic or start a quarrel with her.

She would pester and pester him about his family until one day he finally succumbed and decided he was taking her and the children to meet them.

My question for the lady was how do you even marry someone without knowing his family or any relations he might have?.

She said the children were excited also to travel to their dads Hometown. Although her husband was reluctant to even start the journey after agreeing to her demands, he finally stopped dragging feet and on their way they went.

When they had entered his hometown, he parked the vehicle close to a bush and pointed at a house nearby that that was his home and they could go ahead without him, that he wants to urinate.

The unsuspecting wife too gathers the children and they headed for the house. On knocking at the door, she was met by an old woman. She identified herself as the man's wife and the old woman rejected her statement saying it couldn't be true. The old woman called other people nearby to come hear the bizarre statement she had just heard.

Eventually the woman was accused of being a gold digger trying to live off of another man's grave, while she was sobbing and sticking to her claim that her words were true, that soon her husband would join her. Remember he told her was just going to urinate.

The old woman identified herself as her supposed husband's mother and went ahead to state that her son was dead. Infact he had died several years back, as far back as 15 years ago. So how was this possible, when his grave where he was buried was just right around the backyard and his mother witnessed his burial.

After much accusations on the poor lady who claimed she had kids also for him, she remembered the kids all had a birthmark on their backs, which their father also had. This was what saved her and made people believe her because his mother was aware of the birthmark also because he (the husband) had gotten it also from his father, so it was like a family thing.

Till today the man was never found, all that was left to remember him by, were the children he had left behind.

So that leads me back to my original question, is there life after death?
