Let's start with today's topic, which is about organized activities that children really enjoy. In today's growing generation, these activities are becoming increasingly scarce because children are becoming more engrossed in technology and are reducing their participation in outdoor activities. Organized activities are those in which children engage in various things like sports, music, etc., which are different from academic studies. These are activities where children's mental abilities are tested, and they also develop physical capabilities. For example, what we do here, writing blogs, can be considered as a form of organized activity.

How can extracurricular activities help children's physical and mental growth?

Participating in extracurricular activities contributes to both the physical and mental development of children. When children engage in activities like sports and daily routines, their physical capabilities improve, their blood circulation increases, and their overall health improves, which also has a positive impact on their mental development, which is good for their health. In addition, participating in various activities enhances their mental skills and provides them with knowledge of new things, which plays an important role in their future life. That's why living an active outdoor life is very important, as it cannot be fulfilled solely by books.

Do today's children like extracurricular activities, or are they forced to participate by their parents?

I believe that in modern life, children nowadays are starting to take an interest in organized activities, but sometimes their parents hinder them from participating in these activities. This hesitation arises because parents often wonder whether it's right for their middle-class children to engage in such activities or not. Due to various concerns like this, children feel hesitant to progress. Therefore, nowadays parents also need to understand that organized programs contribute to both the mental and physical development of children, and they need to actively encourage their children to participate in them, as ultimately, all these things become essential for living life to the fullest.

Is extracurricular activity necessary for children?

In my opinion, organized programs should be mandatory for children so that they can understand each other, interact with each other, and discover new things that will encourage them. This will boost children's self-confidence and help them integrate into society, which will be very beneficial for them in the future.

Which are the best extracurricular activities for today's children?

The best and most appropriate programs for today's children are those that help them explore their interests, identify their talents, and set their goals. While sports promote physical health, discipline, and teamwork, activities like music, art, and drama help develop their talents and creativity. Similarly, the best extracurricular programs for today's children are those that allow them to work according to their interests.

Regards,

yes kids nowadays are more addicted to devices than physical sports. Children should be emphasized on sports and other activities along with education. Play involving physical activity helps the physical growth of the child. Other activities include cultural activities, drawing, swimming, skating or other activities that children like to play. Your writing is excellent.

Your post discussion on children and extracurricular activities is insightful and well-articulated. You've provided valuable insights into the benefits of such activities for children's physical and mental growth emphasizing the importance of striking a balance between academic studies and extracurricular engagement. wishing you the best of luck in the contest.

Today’s children do not wait for parents to force them or stand as an hindrance to them, they make their moves by going with their choice of extracurricular activities and surprisingly, they excel in it!
There are lots of benefits attached to allowing children engage in these activities and you’ve mentioned them in your article.

Success in the challenge!

it's important for parents to support and empower their children to participate in these activities, enabling them to lead fulfilling and well-rounded lives. Nice entry!
