The 24teams face each other in this overwhelming tournament. The host " Cameroon will face Burkina Faso in their opening game of Group A.
The Nations Cup will be interesting with one of these high profile countries like; Nigeria, Senegal, Ghana, Côte d'voire, Egypt, Algeria, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Cameroon and others.

The last winner of the African Cup of Nations is Algeria. They triumphed in the last edition in Egypt, following their win against Senegal.
Nigeria were placed at the third position, following their victory over Tunisia.
The competition will begin on 9th of January, 2022 and end on 6th of February, 2022.
