Discipline a challenge, in the classroom.
One of the biggest obstacles that education presents in most of the world, without distinction of public or private schools, are the frequent behavior disorders that we observe inside and outside the classroom. These problems often become unmanageable upon leaving school, with serious results for the institution and the other students.

Discipline is a virtue that modifies who practices it and also the environment that surrounds it.
Learning to maintain order in the classroom is not an easy task for the teacher, however, it is not difficult; we must maintain discipline.
Just as wisdom is the mother of all virtues, without discipline in learning, good intentions are useless.
Keep in mind that the ability to maintain order in the classroom is directly proportional to your personality. We must establish the rules from the first day of class.

When the child provides guidelines and rules of conduct from the home that the representative enforces, the classroom task is more profitable.

Previously faced with any difficulty, the family imposed a system of rewards and punishments that were sometimes administered along with the school.
<<Regarding this topic, I remember a situation that I experienced when I was teaching 3rd grade children, there was a difficult child to control, so the representative applied the following strategy: Every day I asked the teacher how was his behavior and how the child showed good behavior his mother gave him a slice of pizza, made in sparkling.

When it was completed, they rewarded him with an exit to eat pizza>>
As the days passed, the discipline of the child improved significantly, until the time when there was no need to discipline him, he fulfilled all his activities, communication with his classmates and the teacher changed completely, his school performance, at the end of the course was excellent.

At present, it is more difficult to maintain discipline because we do not have the support of parents. However, we must change our attitude and set limits.
The limits in the classroom have become a problem and it is impossible to solve it overnight, it is not an easy task, nor immediate, but they are of great benefit for both the teacher and the students.
The changes are very slow and the first steps are very difficult. Establishing the rules of school coexistence together with the students the first week of class is ideal. Then they feel committed and will make them respect for the whole group.
