The best thing about Saturdays is to create these beauties and put into practice the techniques that will give us perfect results.
This week they taught us how to prepare the dough sucrée and dough sablée to create some Tartlets with custard and a delicious pie parchita.
Every time I am more sure that this has been the best decision of my life. I feel so happy and complete doing what I love with my whole being.
In these classes we not only learn to make good dishes but also to work as a team and to present dishes with excellent quality.
It is a pleasure that the teachers are proud of our performance at the time of being evaluated.
