Kushi leaves these are called bottle gourd kushigrow on the bottle gourd plant. They start to form in the early stages, and at that time they can be eaten fried or cooked as a vegetable. But when they become old, they are no longer suitable for eating because then they don’t soften. When they start to form in the new stage, they need to be eaten. They taste quite good when cooked as a fry.
These vegetables taste quite good. Many people cannot eat them because some do not like such large vegetable fries, so they cannot eat them then. On the other hand, many people like these vegetables a lot. However, as a heavy vegetable, all of us should eat it. These kushi leaves have been picked for frying and are being cleaned and prepared for cooking.
