I would like to emphasize once again that the reason why this report is being written against some of the newly created / joined accounts is not to humiliate anyone. I seek to guard Steemit. If the platform is still flooded by unverifiable or false content, the reputation and worth of Steemit may be put at risk. I will work towards keeping the site useful and safe for every user.
I am not saying that people are perfect; everyone makes an error at some point; for example, I have made inappropriate posts in the past that were harmful to Steemit however I accepted my guilt and resorted to such behavior. I am of the opinion that as soon as a person confesses to an error he or she made, the error is no longer an error but rather an opportunity for great power and growth.
There have been over the past four or five days, several accounts and communities which I have moved across Steemit. I have taken note that these accounts and communities go against the rules of Steemit. As a rule, every user on the Steemit platform should abide by these policies, but it seems nothing has been done against them. I respectfully ask that the terms regarding the accounts which I will provide be enforced. I am spending a lot of time in order to put together this note, and hope it does not go to waste. Many unverified accounts are receiving rewards on Steemit for posting content that is neither informative nor useful which is against the rules of Steemit.

I have checked almost the entire community, but I have put some accounts in front of you, you can see that none of the accounts are verified.
The first thing is that if an account is unverified and at the same time is posting every week, then this is clearly proving that the customer's role is being violated, but if their content is also looked at, it is also non-valuable.I request you to check this community completely.And if you look at this community, its role is not even mentioned.
You can see that the pictures they are posting are taken from the photos. The photos are all on Steemit, but their accounts are unverified and posting their content repeatedly is against the rules of Steemit and I don't think this is a post for any purpose.
These votes are also being taken through the #burnsteem25.
Apart from this, I saw an account that is verified and is doing well and is not posting anything wrong, but when I checked its entire data,I saw that those account are also withdral other accounts from the same memo on Steemit.

You should keep in mind that many are not able to exchange Steem and need a middle man. So before you write and dive into something you don't understand (for example how this platform works and the limits because of the governments) you can ask first.

It is not a plight to be verificated everyone can open one or more accounts and most accounts never been verificated!
Rules set do not acquire for the entire Steemit platform. There are many investors of all nationalities who will never take part of the Steemit dimension you and I live in.
Do they stick to the rules? I ask you whose rules? Can you force them? No. All we can do is not let those who commit plagiarism, let AI do the writing, those who don't invest (what counts more quantity of posts,quality text or money?) benefit from what id build which if you ask me also happens among those who "stick to the rules" and the same counts for you with a new account.
I believe if we look at the names mentioned most of them already say enough: pooppoop and jazcash...

By the way the owner of a community sets the rules and can mute who s/he likes. If you use the right hashtags you can post in your blog and it will still be found and can be read.

AI detectors aren't 100% sure. What you need is good readers. They can tell the difference. The detectors learned from humans how to write and can easily be fooled!
Please, keep in mind the SC accounts will be used by different teams. Our job as SC07 is nearly done. From January on new people will use this account.

I looked at your introductory post and what you have written so far. Do you want my honest opinion? I am shocked. For someone who claims to be straightforward, I find it strange that these are your first entries but even more so that there is no form of neatness in what you write.
Working precisely, being detailed is what I find important if you dive into such "work". I find what I read from you a chaotic report and I do not believe that you have come up with anything new.

You could deposit 15 STEEM and power it up then you won't have any trouble posting or commenting. I suspect you'll have that and the you'll have the RC you'll need.
