How to reduce Body Fat without Exercise using a healthy Diet

Good Morning Friends, So today's topic is different from my old posted topics in this post I will tell you the most effective way to reduce Body fat.
Basic tips:-

  1. Drink 1 litre of water everyday Morning with a empty stomach.

  1. Drink at least 6-7 litre water per day to keep your body hydrated.

  1. Take a healthy diet like salad, soyabean, 1 boil egg, 1 boil potatoes in your breakfast.
  2. In lunch take low fat foods Because when you eat fatty food your body is getting sleepy.
  3. In dinner take light protein, fat foods.

( Use Lemon water on an empty stomach if you want to lose fat fast and go for a 15 minutes walk everyday)
