I'm a bit disappointed that the video didn't even show a proper full riding position for that sharky BMW one. (Kinda in the thumbnail, but it looks awkward, haha.)
This concept actually reminds me of the Cave fish bikes from Full Throttle. That's something I'd love to see a replica of. (A quad with that sitting position would surely be adrenaline-pumping.)
