Not a Snake! This is a Legless Lizard
Uniquely Legless Lizard without Legs. The first time I saw it we would have thought this was a snake, eel, even moa. Though legless lizards, also known by many names as Lialis burtonis, Legless lizards and pencil lizards, belong to a large family of lizards.
It is very rare for people to maintain this quirky unique footless lizard. Even barely traded now. Footless lizards are better wild animals left alone in their habitat. It has lines like pythons, but the characters are guaranteed to be legless lizards, not fierce and aggressive as snakes. He also has eyelids, so don't be surprised if he sometimes winks.
The size of a footless lizard is not big like Gaban, only about 60 cm. And even though his body resembles a snake, Legless lizards can't twist around or twist around branches like snakes do. Its unique head resembles the tip of a pencil, making Legless lizard better known as the Pencil Lizard for Indonesians.
Benign and friendly with humans has become his trademark. And for the rations of the food is not too difficult to find, legless lizards really like to be fed pieces of meat, flies, caterpillar hongkong, bamboo caterpillars, small fish, lizards, crickets, and much more.
