Delicious Hearty Meal

Sausages and corn fritters with veggies make a delish meal for a
cold and frosty day.

I added some mixed herbs and hot spice to the fritter batter.

Some people use an ordinary crumpet mixture and then add some of their own flavor mix of spices and herbs.

Nice combination with eggs and bacon for a breakfast or brunch.
