Seriously? - How about this?

Me: "I'd like to order one of the Silver HP AMD Laptop's
Supplier: "Ooh, it says gold on my list?"
Me: "They look silver in the picture?"
Supplier: "Well I'm showing gold."
Me: "I'll need to speak to my customer, I'm not sure he will want it."
Supplier: "Wait and I'll look. I've got a Grade B?"
Me: "No, I need Grade A."
Supplier: "I've got an intel one?"
Me: "No, the advert was AMD!"
Supplier: "I've got a purple one?"
Me: "No! We already established I want a silver one."
Supplier: "What about a Dell?"
Me: "Aye? Dell's are mostly black and I want the HP."
Supplier: "Well its not got the Radeon graphics card anyway."
Me: "So why offer it me?"
Supplier: "Well I'm still looking but I was thinking that maybe on the off-chance..."
Me: "You're quickly running out of chances tbh. You keep looking and ring me back.
I ended up buying the gold one in the end. Sheesh, and you thought customers were a pain!

Isn't it a sales person's job to sell people what you have and not what they want?
When it comes to my suppliers, I'm the customer. LOL
