PASTA SALAD WITH TUNA

This tuna salad is not typical since it is full of flavor. Bring pasta, peas, celery, purple onions, and tomatoes. The dressing is delicious and is prepared with a mixture of mayonnaise and yoghurt with a touch of balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

250 grams of cooked pasta (can be whole)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup of low-fat natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar (and 1 teaspoon)
2 cans of tuna
4 branches of chopped celery
15 cherry tomatoes or 2 tomatoes, diced
2/3 cup of frozen pea
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
salt to taste
peppers to taste

Cook the pasta according to the instructions in the package until it is al dente. Drain and go through cold water for 30 seconds.

Mix mayonnaise, yoghurt and vinegar with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.

Put the tuna in a large bowl and stir with a fork until you have many pieces. Add the pasta, diced celery, diced tomatoes, thawed peas, and the purple onion. Stir and add the dressing.

Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
