After talking with his brother, the creature leaves the main character's body, gets out of the camera and becomes his evil copy, which is quickly noticed by Kilowog and Hal Jordan. Razer asks artificial intelligence to find information on these creatures, but even she knows nothing about them. Kilowog tries to deal with the evil twin of the main character, but the latter's brother moves into him. After a couple of seconds, the second shadow creature comes out of the big guy and becomes his evil copy. It turns out that these things feed on other people's emotions, and that it is impossible to hit them. They want to capture all living entities in the universe. The Green Lanterns are trying to deal with the stowaways, but they fail. The girl of the second, Carol Ferris, suddenly appears in front of Razer and Hal. She turns out to be another shadow creature. It turns out that these things can also take the forms of the most unpleasant creatures from the memories of former carriers. When Jordan cunningly frees the main character, he knocks out the evil Kilowog. After that, the evil twin of the Razer reads the memories of the original again. When a real Kilowog pounces on him, the main character is confronted by the doubles of Atrocitus and Zilius Zox. The penultimate one beats up the Razer. Closing the main character with his force field, Hal tells Aya to open the ship's door. When this happens, shadow creatures end up in space. After a short conversation with Kilowog, the heroes realize that these creatures have returned. Realizing that the light is hurting them, Jordan gives the Razer an almost discharged ring. At Hal's command, the main character and Kilowog create huge flashlights and destroy shadow creatures with bright light. The first thanks the second for the help. Deciding not to wear the Red Lantern's Ring anymore, Razer gives it to Jordan, and he returns to the cell.
