How to Make ""Crispy Corn Kernels"" Recipe!!
Ingredients:
- 2 cup American corn kernels
- salt as required
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 2 teaspoon rice flour
- black pepper as required
- 1/4 cup capsicum (green pepper)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Prepare:
- Step 1
Firstly, wash the corn kernels and drain further water from the corn kernels. Next, place onions and capsicums over a board and slice them. Keep the vegetables aside. Now, take a bowl and add salt, black pepper, rice flour and blend along. Rest this mixture for a second.
Step 2
Next, place a pan over medium flame and pour oil in it. Once the oil is heated, deep fry the corn kernels for 5-7 minutes till tender. use caution whereas preparation as corns would possibly pop in between. Also, cowl the lid of the pan. Place tissue papers on a plate and transfer the corns onto it. it'll absorb the additional oil.Step 3
For stir-frying the vegetables, soften butter within the same pan and saute onions and capsicums and tender corns. Cook for five minutes and serve.
