How to find the balance between action and reflection to boost your business

in #motivationlast month

To do what you want to do, you have to separate yourself from what you think you should do. Look at how you act and then come up with your own way to act.

A real-life example:

Julien chooses to record his show in front of a microphone so that there is no background noise.

Before talking about a subject, he carefully prepares for it.
He put off recording each show.

Julien takes a moment to think. This way of making podcasts and recording them doesn't work for him. For him, it's too complicated and not real. He lowers the limits on what he can do. He just turns on the dictaphone on his phone, no matter where he is.

If you put off doing something, think about the possibility that your plan doesn't work for you.

Do not be rigid; instead, find a way that drives you.

Don't spend all of your time planning every detail of a job at the start of your business.

Find new things, learn new things, and try new things. Change what doesn't work for you. It's normal to have breaks when you first start out:

You're not very good at what you do.
Has no training.
You aren't skilled enough, etc.
Do something, copy what works for your business, and get rid of the rest.

For starters, most business ventures fail. Even better! This will help you prepare for a successful future job 😉.

They are two types of entrepreneurs:

People who want to stay away from pain. They hate their lives and the things they do. Their mood is one of survival. It's hard for them to think about their short-, medium-, and long-term goals right now. In a few months, I might think about this, even if it means I miss the first job. It's not important.

These people love their jobs but wish they had more time, money, or other things. There's no need to hurry. It's possible to think before moving.

Do you think it's better to act or think? You don't see a ready answer. That depends on the situation, the reason, the experience, and the setting.

Pay attention to yourself and do the best you can with what you have. It is normal for your goals to change as you go through life. After that, you'll look over your work and make changes.

Entrepreneurs sometimes take big risks. It might last for months. Their business stays the same no matter what they do. Next, think about the unconscious things that make them feel bad, like thoughts of not being good enough, constant comparison, etc.

Entrepreneurs who only think during the day and never do anything need to confront their fears and limited beliefs (such as fear of making a mistake, being judged, etc.).

A lot of people don't do anything to avoid their worries. But this way makes it sound like we are experiencing them. Simple: we're afraid of how we feel, not what will happen in the future.

The way you will feel if you fail makes you afraid. You already feel terrible about not finishing your work. You're scared of how you feel, not what will happen. Your experience has already begun.

Lastly, being scared could be a good thing. Some fears are bad. Think about what you're doing and don't force yourself to go down bad routes.
