My Actifit Report Card: September 28 2022

Hello everyone! Hope you're all doing fine!

I have less activity count for today because I was having dysmenorrhoea ever since I woke up this morning. I can bear the pain that's why I didn't opt to drink pain reliever. I don't want to get used to it. It's just that I feel like not doing anything because I feel uncomfortable. So my activity count for today is just for daily activity. I didn't do chores. I didn't do the laundry as well even if I planned it last night. No modules for the kids as well. I just want to lay down in bed and sleep if I can.
