Has anyone used Steemscan? If so, I need your help.

Today I used it to convert Steem to BTC. It looked like a simple way to handle things. I did everything I was supposed to do and gave the correct address for my deposit on Kraken. However, my BTC has not shown up on there.

I talked with a customer service rep there today and he assured me it has not shown up in my account and advised me to contact Steemscan. The transfer shows up in my wallet to @rfdax, but when I click on the name it says unknown account! Can someone please help? Where did my Steem disappear to?
