Truth Liberates us and Leads us to Great Success!!!
The first key factor is that truth releases ideas.
When you are at a meeting where workers are praised for success, at which you must not express your opinions, then you are deprived of the creative energy we receive from a community of open minds. Systems and businesses that stimulate honest appearances and open discussions are a real oasis for creative ideas. I build a relationship of respect and honesty with my workers. Since I have hands-on sales training, I give an open signal that everyone has a chance to improve the sales model, which is what happens in practice because everyone is happy to share their ideas with others.
If we introduce only monetary incentives and penalties for not reaching the norms, then there is not so much enthusiasm and a sense of belonging. It takes years of work to embed truth in the company culture, so it is important for the company and the advancement that you become an example of change. I'm not saying we should tell everyone everything, but I also say that direct and open communication unleashes the highest potential. When someone tells us honestly about events that are not favourable to us or our brand, we should be open to communication and solutions.
Truth increases speed.
The truth is so beautiful that it should not be embellished with additional words. Speed in communication means we get to the point fastest when communicating directly. The truth gives us a better overview and insights, thus creating a realistic picture and having more time to react. Imagine when someone sends you some bad news but it needs good preparation, half an hour of stories on other topics, etc. Maybe 30 minutes is a crucial time that you can solve a problem without major consequences, and because of this way of communication, you lose the time needed for a quick response.
In business, time is money, time is a resource we can never bring back. If you are honest and speak candidly with truth as the dominant mode of communication then everyone else should follow your example. Basically, if truth unleashes creative potential and saves time, then it is enough to explain to others that they have more interest if they apply truth as a way of communication. Truth does not mean that we should offend others, truth is used as a measure of objectivity that gives us guidance for solving problems and making positive actions and changes.
The truth saves money.
We can't measure how much money the truth saves, but I'm talking about large quantities and percentages. Everyone knows that I am not the person who wants to lie, that I take honest advice, ideas and criticisms that raise me to a greater level. If I want to get someone's attention, I should praise others, give compliments, so that in the end, I can benefit. When others pat you on the shoulder, it's not the truth that opens up your maximum potential, it's just ego food. Sincere friends and people who think well of me are the ones who speak to me directly and truthfully, this is what gives me real insights into my development.
Of course, sometimes it's not the right time, to tell the truth, but if we shut up, it doesn't mean we're liars. You should always be honest about business because it opens the door to your success. I know a lot of people who work in communities where they get punished if they say everything they think, it's not a good company because it holds back your potential. The most important thing is to understand that the principle of truth unleashes our potential and leads us to the pinnacle of success.
