45 gr pro flour
50 gr sugar
70 ml of water
Flour to taste
A pinch of salt

How to make :
- Mix flour, sugar, water. Mix well.
- Slice the 3-5 banana kepok not to cut off at the bottom.
- Smear the banana with the flour mixture and then panir flour. Do it until the dough runs out.
