The Diary Game: Having Impromptu Class On A Saturday (09/05/2026)

There is this funny way some lecturers do behave and you can't help it than laugh at such behaviour. I mean, a lecturer woke up yesterday, called our class representative and fixed a class on a Saturday. Students are barely back from their holidays and here we are, having to go fo lectures on a Saturday. Anyways, I took my bath in the morning and here I was coming out of the bathroom so I could go and wear my clothes before leaving the house.

When I finished eating and dressing up, I took my school bag and off I went to school. I just wanted to see for myself how the turn up will be because, students are still yet to come back, I believe, some students will be coming back on Sunday evening inorder to resume on Monday morning. So, I went to school like I said before.

When I got to school, I couldn't see any of my departmental people, so I took my seat in one of those empty classes. I sat there till I saw our class representative, he told me where the class was to be held and then I joined him. I was still very anxious as to what kind of class we were to have on a Saturday morning when someone was supposed to rest.

We got into the class and the lecturer came in and began to lecture. It was an interesting course and although, some of my colleagues weren't in class, it wasn't mandatory, but I still think this should have waited till Monday when others will be back and we have a full class. Anyways, I jotted down some points and I will make sure to share with people that couldn't make it to the class. After the class, I left to an empty class to charge my phone and power bank.

I wasn't going to loose everything like that, so, I had to utilize the time and made sure I charged my phone then my power bank as well. I laid down on the bench to rest and I slept off. While I was still asleep, other people came in to the class to charge their devices as well.

After that, I stood up and my phone had charged to 100% and then I unplugged it and went back to the house. On my way, I saw this herds oc attles grazing. I don't know if the government permits open grazing because, I know if they don't, this might be a punishable offends, but what do I know anyways.

When I got to the house, I had to shower so that I can sleep. Though it was late, around 4pm, but I needed to complete the sleep I couldn't complete while in school. So, I slept off after I finished what I was doing.

When I stood up, I went to my pot, dishes soup and made garri for my evening food. I ate that and then when I was done, I took my bath again and then I stepped outside to go and sit. The evening time was actually a great moment for me because I sat with my landlord and we had a brief of so many things.

So, after that, I came back inside just to come and write because if I was to sit outside to write, I would've been distracted by so many things. I will be going back to bed after this and I am wishing you all nothing but the very best of life. Thank you all for the time.
