Doing What You Love To Do Is A Wrong Advice!!! Know Your Why In Blog!!!
Hey Steemians!!!
‘Follow your dreams, Do what you love’ is often heard by the coaches, relatives and gurus. This quote also looks good when printed on cushions, mugs and on other inspirational stuff like posters in room for the aim of self-motivation and the other side of such quotes is that it may make us skip our office and make us follow only the things we love and we leave the things which are quite more important than the other things.
So, I recommend you steemians that if you love someone and you want them to grow in life and career-wise then please don’t give the advice ‘Do What You Love To Do’
The reason behind this is that:
The person will surely make impractical actions
If we try to make the world full of those people who only do what they love to do then who will gonna do jobs and what will happen with the economy of country??? And if the person fails in what he loves to do will make him feel like he is failure and make him frustrated.
It will be quite discriminating
I’m sure you all will agree with me with the point that not everyone is lucky to get a high profile job. Everyone wants to get the highest post of the company or make a successful start-up and be a successful person but many of such positions are earned by the people are because of their socioeconomic status and their influence. If the person has nothing of it then he will surely be struck in the middle and have to struggle life time. Hence, this will be quite discriminating.
Do the things you are good at
There are many opportunities one can go for as if anyone is good with people and can communicate easily then he/she should go for the PR rep or any airplane host or anything like this. If you are good at managing then you should go for business operation jobs or try to be a manager. You may not love to do this but I’m sure there will be a strong hold on it and with your natural actions you will grow as a person and also in career.
So in end, we should ‘Do What We Are Good At’ instead of ‘What We Love To Do’
Thanks! That was all for today.

Sorry but i disagree. Doing what you love can make you a better person and totally change your life. What about if the person do what he/she loves, isn't that good but practice for years and becomes the best?
Besides happines and life is not a destination, is about the journey, what if you while doing that journey you enjoy something you love?
To me the world needs people who work hard TO FIND what they love.
@neri0x Heya, Thanks for your views I appreciate them but the thought of every person can't be the same views always differ... With respect you might be right or I might be wrong =) Thanks =)

I dont think its a topic about me or if I am right or wrong. Its a topic of the way people do things. If you are stuck on a job you dont like, or hate, for years, you start to dying inside slowly, ive seen it happen to many people. Not everyone can do the same, thats obvious, actually to be able to do what you love you have to earn it, nobody is going to give it to you, and most people is too lazy to fight for what they want.
Its a difficult topic, and of course I can be wrong I am not perfect, but you cant just go wrong doing what you love.
