Our Mind Is Shaped by The Way We Live Our Lives!!!

Hey Steemians,

I’m here with some of the tips that we can use and end our day to day stress which will result in changing our lifestyle and will change our mindset.

Undoubtedly everyone will agree with the thought that only ‘Sound Body Has a Sound Mind.’ Our mental and physical health plays a important part in the lifestyle we live.

But today in this modern era most of the young people, teenagers suffer from depression and anxiety a lot. Hormonal imbalances are also responsible for it at certain extent but the most responsible thing for this is our lifestyle that needs to be changed.

In today’s competition era where everyone is racing to win and get the things they want also leads to frustration and mental health issues as people are becoming restless and can’t wait for things to happen and forgets that everything takes time!!!

I’m sure most of us want the control on their habits but fail due to certain reasons and to help you out I’ve got some tips for you that will help you somewhere in changing your lifestyle.

  • Divide your 24 hours and manage your time properly so that you don’t left anything important. Try to make time for your proper sleep, exercise and all your important work you need to do on daily basis.
  • Bring back your childhood quote in your mind where we were told ‘Early To Bed Early To Rise Makes a Man Healthy and Wise.’
  • Try to start your day as soon as possible in morning and spare at least 1 hour to maintain your physical and mental health and try to do exercises, gym, yoga or meditation anything according to your interests.
  • Make a routine of eating breakfast daily instead of skipping it and making excuses.
  • Try to eat high nutrition’s and fiber in your meals instead of eating junk food or processed food.
  • Take proper rest and try to get a power nap of 20 minutes in day time too as it will result in making you more productive.
  • Try to cut-off with drugs like nicotine, alcohol and other if you use.
  • Try to make quality time with your friends, family and pets(if you have any).
  • Read motivational books or any kind of books you find your interest and try to read business books too.
  • Listen to YouTube motivational or inspiring videos and know the lifestyle of other people too.
