Meine Actifit-Report-Card: Mai 25 2020
Today I had little sleep. When I this morning from the work came home I was fast with the dog could sleep on account of an important appointment then only 4 hours. In the afternoon I was still with my thick briefly in the lake walk and then I also had to go to the night shift.
And of course I have also made some sport. Not a lot, but at least a little bit. In the morning to 3 x 30 push-ups and in the afternoon I was some running. And of course I was on the move also with the dog.
Heute hatte ich wenig Schlaf. Als ich heute Morgen von der Arbeit nach Hause kam war ich schnell mit dem Hund habe aufgrund eines wichtigen Termines dann nur 4 Stunden schlafen können. Am Nachmittag war ich noch mit meiner Dicken kurz am See spazieren und dann musste ich auch schon wieder zur Nachtschicht.
Und natürlich habe ich auch etwas Sport gemacht. Nicht sehr viel, aber wenigstens ein kleines bisschen. Am Morgen 3 x 30 Liegestützen und am Nachmittag war ich etwas Laufen. Und natürlich war ich auch mit dem Hund unterwegs.
