Betterlife with steem: 22-01-2022: How I spent day while I was Sick {club75}

Continuing from my yesternight duty. As I left my home, I was coughing slightly but with lot of positive cases visiting the hospital , I begin to experience more coughing partly due to psychogenic effect. To avoid things go out of control, I took medicine while on duty and one of medicine (cough syrup) cause me to feel palpitations as an expected side effects. I also begin to feel chills. In the morning, I got my covid test done and that is fortunately negative.

I came back home, freshen up , changed my clothes and my mom had made kehva (spicy sweet tea) for me. I took that and wrapped blankets and took a nap. I couldn't offer Friday prayers for being sick. I took egg with chappatti as lunch. I kept monitoring my temp and oxigen saturation. It is improving since yesterday night.

Later I went out in lawn to get rid of boredom. I had walk there for few minutes and than i came back to room. Than my mom brought me kehva agaain. Later, I begin to feel better and so I thought of looking for official work. I got busy with work till dinner. Later I took medicine and took a nap.
